
This card fits in a wallet and has contact numbers for people to reach out for help when they’re having thoughts of suicide. There’s also space to write personal reminders of how to manage symptoms. Four cards are printed at a time. Print on one side of the paper then flip it over and print on the other so helpline numbers are on one side of the card and wellness reminders are on the other. If you print on business card paper (Avery 5371), check to see that “letter” paper size and “fit to page” or “actual size” are chosen in the print dialogue box. Updated 09/14/2025
